• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspicious activity.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our website are final and include applicable taxes.
• We offer two payment methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
• For Bank Transfer orders, you must upload payment proof or send it to our WhatsApp before order processing.
• COD orders may include an additional service or delivery fee.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time is usually 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Delivery time is usually 24–27 working days, Worldwide.
• Shipping charges may vary based on your chosen payment method.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Exchange & Refund

• Exchanges and refund are accepted within 15 days of delivery for:
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damage on arrival
  • Size issue (if in stock)
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Unresponsive COD customers may be blacklisted or restricted from future orders.

Accuracy of Information

We try our best to ensure that all product details, images, and pricing are accurate.
However, slight variations in color or fabric may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logo, design, and product descriptions, belongs to BANM PK.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

BANM Store is not responsible for:

• Delays by courier services
• Customer mistakes in address or contact details
• Misuse of products
• Technical issues beyond our control
